- FAQs -

Q: Where can I find the manuscript template?

A: Both MS-Word Template and LaTeX template are available for download.

Q: How can I submit a full paper / abstract?

A: Please upload your abstract or full paper via the Online Submission System.

Q: I have submitted a paper. When will I receive feedback?

A: The review process typically takes 20–30 days. You will receive updates via email at the following stages:
1) Paper Receipt Confirmation (2–3 working days after submission).
2) Preliminary Feedback (around 7–10 days after submission).
3) Final Acceptance Notification (around 15–20 days after preliminary feedback).

Q: What is the acceptance rate?

A: Each paper is evaluated based on template compliance, topic relevance, novelty, introduction clarity, conceptual/methodological quality, results, discussion, and readability. The acceptance rate varies yearly, depending on the number and quality of submissions. We maintain a competitive review process and encourage authors to submit their best work.

Q: Can I attend without an accepted paper?

A: Yes, there are three registration options:
1. Author: Present at the conference and publish in the proceedings (requires full paper submission).
2. Presenter: Present without publishing (requires abstract submission).
3. Delegate: Attend without presenting or publishing.

Q: How do I register for the conference?

A: Payment can be made via credit card, PayPal, or bank transfer. A $30 service fee applies to PayPal and bank transfers. Details are available in the registration form.

Q: Where can I get a Visa Invitation letter?

A: An invitation letter will be issued after your registration is confirmed. Note that this letter does not guarantee visa approval.

Q: What is the charge for extra pages?

A: For full paper, the first six pages are free. Additional pages (up to a maximum of eight pages, including references) incur extra fees.

Q: Is the review process single or double blind?

A: All papers are reviewed using a single-blind review process: authors declare their names and affiliations in the manuscripts for the reviewers to see, but reviewers do not know each other's identities, nor do the authors receive information about who has reviewed their manuscripts.

Q: Will the organizer provide accommodation?

A: No, the conference organizer does not arrange accommodation. Attendees are responsible for booking their own lodging.

Q: Can I attend/present remotely?

A: No, CRET is an in-person event. However, if a presenter faces visa issues, the organizers may arrange alternative participation (case by case).
