Author Registration Requirements

* At least one author of each accepted paper should register and pay the fee to present the paper in the conference.
* Each paper must be presented by one of its co-authors. Papers not presented at the conference will not appear in the proceedings.
* One regular registration can cover a paper within Six pages, including all figures, tables, and references. Extra page will be charged.
* Student rate is ONLY applicable for students who are FIRST authors and attached their student' ID card copy when register.
* Additional paper registration precondition: The registered author should be the FIRST author in both papers. 

Safety Reminder

For safety consideration, please take good care of your belongings in the public places. Please bring your name badge for entering the conference hall. Please do not lend your name badge to people who are not involved with the conference. Please do not take irrelevant people to enter the conference rooms. The Organizers shall not be held responsibility for any loss of personal finance or belongings.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
  • If the participants request cancellation and refund due to personal reasons, the following refund policy applies.
    * 60 days ahead of the conference: 70% of payment refund
    * 30-60 days ahead of the conference: 50% of payment refund
    * Within 30 days ahead of the conference: no refund
    Cancellation and refund request must be made formally via email
No Show

In the event of no-show, the author will, in all cases, be required to pay 100% of the value (including VAT).

Personal Reason

The organizer cannot refund or pay any compensation where could not attend the conference is prevented by reason of circumstances which amount to “personal reason”. Such as travel difficulties, visa problems, health issues, financial default etc.

Force Majeure

The organizer cannot accept responsibility, refund or pay any compensation where the performance of the conference is prevented or affected by reason of circumstances which amount to “force majeure”. Circumstances amounting to “force majeure” include any event which we could not, even with all due care, foresee or avoid. Such circumstances include the fire, flood, explosion, storm or other weather damage, break-in, criminal damage, riots or civil strife, industrial action, natural or nuclear disaster, fire, adverse weather conditions, war or threat of war, actual or threatened terrorist activity, epidemic and all similar situations beyond our control.
